Previous agent headed for the hills after his lender realized I was not going to get a mortgage for the new home.
I worked out a new strategy and started looking for a new home again. Sam was the only agent that followed through. He reached out to help us look at properties in the end it all worked out.

We met him at an open house he was hosting for another client of his, and we really appreciated his open and honest style. We asked Sam to both sell our current home in Gurnee, and help us find a new house in Libertyville at the same time. He took on the listing and we had a great offer within 2 days of being on the market. He also made himself available to look at new homes, and he was able to successfully negotiate the purchase price of our new home. There were challenges Sam navigated along the way, dealing with a very pushy and disrespectful buyer’s agent. This agent nearly caused the deal to fall apart, but Sam kept his cool and dealt with the more inexperienced realtor, pushing back when needed, but ultimately securing the deal through close. Before we put our townhouse on the market, nothing had ever sold for more than $300,000 in our Deerfield subdivision.
